We chose the French architect Eric Morvan to design the villa because he knew how to integrate the house into the environment. Morvan used different forms of nature in his design: curves, waves, uneven surfaces and natural materials.

There are no ready-made solutions in the house: all the upholstered furniture in the house is made on request according to architect’s sketches. Doors are designed by an architect for LUALDIPORTE. Built-in wardrobes and wardrobes are from CARRE.

The house is securely protected

16 CCTV cameras
perimeter sensor security
24-hour communication with the security firm’s central office

A home for those who don’t want to draw attention to themselves

  • Nearby there is a mandatory green area where construction is prohibited. Neighbors are hardly visible.
  • The house is built in a rock, so you can’t see the whole house from anywhere. It is also not visible from the city, because it stands sideways on the hill.
  • The site is located at the end of a quiet street, so it’s protected from views.
